Katie Gardetto, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of bedside nursing experience and advanced training in functional and herbal medicine. She is passionate about delivering thoughtful, comprehensive care that goes beyond symptom management to uncover and address the root causes of health dysfunction.

Katie has completed extensive training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and has spent years studying and applying herbal medicine, integrating evidence-based conventional care with personalized, systems-based approaches. Her clinical interests and specialties include bladder pain syndrome, embedded bladder infections, recurrent genitourinary infections, immune system dysregulation, gastrointestinal disorders, hormone imbalances, allergy concerns, and comprehensive primary care.

Katie provides primary care and functional medicine appointments in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, on the North Shore of Kauaʻi, and via telehealth, allowing her to support patients locally and remotely. She is especially dedicated to caring for patients with complex, chronic conditions who have often felt unheard or underserved in traditional medical settings.
