Yes, I am credentialed to accept HMSA, Quest, Aetna CO, and United Healthcare coming soon for HI, OR, and CO. I also provide super bills for patients who would like to submit them to their insurance company for reimbursement if they do not have any of the above insurance plans. Functional medicine add ons are paid by cash, I offer it as an add on to decrease the cost to the patient and allow me to bill insurance for the portion of your visit that is eligible for coverage and charge cash only for what is not covered.
Do you see out of state patients?
Yes, I am currently licensed in Hawaii, Oregon and Colorado. As a patient you must have residence in one of the states that I am licensed in to become my patient. Colorado visits will be available later this year.
