How do I get started?

To get started book a new patient appointment. If you are wanting a primary care appointment fully covered by an associated insurance plan book the New Patient Primary Care. If you would like to bill insurance and pay for the functional medicine add on for a more extensive new patient visit, choose the New Patient Functional Medicine add on and you will be prompted to pay the difference

Do you take insurance?


You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Yes, I am credentialled to accept HMSA as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield currently with more credentials in the works. I also provide super bills for patients who would like to submit them to their insurance company for reimbursement. Functional medicine add ons are paid by cash due to challenges with insurance billing, I offer it as an add on to decrease the cost to the patient and allow me to bill insurance for the main portion of your visit.


Do you see out of state patients?

Yes, I am currently licensed in the state of Hawaii and Colorado. More states will be available in the coming months. As a patient you must have residence in one of the states that I am licensed in to become my patient.
