Finding the office:

Located on 12th avenue across the street from Kokohead cafe in the Kaimuki Professional building. You can enter on either side of the building and our office is in unit 102 on the ground level. The door sign is not yet ready, so look for the unit number above the door. There are several bathrooms available; one in the office and in the building for your use.

Parking:

There are two parking lots right by the office. You can park in the metered parking lot right outside; metered spaces take coins or can be paid by the park smarter app.

There is also a parking lot across the street (by Kokohead cafe and chubbie’s burgers) in the paid lot. The paid lot requires a physical credit card to exit the lot. 

When you arrive

  1. Let yourself in to the office, help yourself to a cup of tea in the waiting room if you like, and take a seat. 

  2. The bathroom is in the hallway to the right if you need it, go ahead. 

  3. If you weren’t able to finish your intake forms prior to your visit you can complete them on our iPad in the office. Please come at least 15 minutes early to complete forms and bring your ID and Insurance card.
