What We Offer
We offer primary care services, functional medicine service and specialty care for those with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, recurrent UTI and vaginal infections.

Primary care provider services are available in Hawai’i. In person care is provided on O’ahu and Kaua’i (once every 4-6 weeks in Kilauea). We provide annual well visits, lab work, preventative health screening, acute health and chronic illness management.

For those looking for a deeper dive into their health, functional medicine is provided to identify root causes, underlying dysfunction, gastrointestinal imbalances, detoxification issues, hormone imbalances and more

We work with Ruth Kriz to treat recurrent UTI and bladder pain syndrome utilizing specialized testing, personalized treatment plans, antibiotics, methylene blue, bladder instillations and more to address your underlying issues.

Pap smears and annual breast exams are provided for routine screening. Recurrent vaginal symptoms or infections are also addressed. Advanced needs will be referred to OBGYN.

Meet & Greet

Establish Care
Make your first appointment. Initial Primary care visits are 30 minutes and include a thorough intake, lab work orders that are appropriate for you, preventative screening coordination and plan of care.
Extend with Functional Medicine
Want a deeper dive into your health? Add on a functional medicine extension to your visit to total a 1 hour intake for comprehensive root cause medicine. We will discuss your life timeline, when symptoms started and narrow down your unique personalized health needs. Specialty testing, lifestyle modifications, herbal and supplement options will be offered and tailored to you.
Maintenance of Health
Follow up to discuss lab results, coordinate next steps and make a plan for your health. Primary care follow ups are 15-20 minutes. Functional medicine can be added on for extended visits for more thorough work into your health beyond the usual conventional model.
